CANCELLATION POLICY

At Studio B. Bruce Johnstone Hairdressing, we understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect our time and other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.

• If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.

No Shows

• No-shows will be required to pay in full for the missed appointment before booking any future services.

​

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required for longer appointments or new clients. This will go towards the final balance of your service but will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Running Late

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or alter your service to avoid disrupting other bookings.
